About the Artwork
This two arches painting by Russell Ackerman keeps things simple and lets the shapes do the talking. A tall rust arch stands beside a shorter mustard one, and in the gap between their tops sits a soft pink half-sun with a small sage green dot floating above it. You can see the brush circling inside each arch, a quiet texture that reads up close and settles down from across the room.
The background is a warm, uneven cream, painted in loose strokes over a textured surface, with a sandy ledge running along the bottom. It has that wabi sabi wall art feel, where the slightly imperfect edges are the point. The burnt orange wall art tones and golden ochre sit together like clay and sun-baked stone.
It's for anyone drawn to earth tone wall art and calm, uncluttered rooms. If your style leans modern boho wall art or you're mixing boho with clean Japandi lines, this piece bridges both. It works as japandi wall art next to light oak and linen, and as boho sun wall art in a room full of plants and woven baskets.
Hang this boho canvas wall art above a sofa, a bed, or a low console where the arches can stand at eye level. It pairs well with beige wall art and other terracotta wall art in a grouping, and makes easy boho wall decor for an entryway or reading corner that needs some earthy wall art warmth.

Materials & Craft
Printed and hand-stretched in the USA, then shipped ready to hang.
I paint in the back room of an old brick row house in Hudson, New York. Sweeping chimneys taught me how a hearth holds warmth and how soot and firelight shape the color of a room. I stack warm rust and mustard arches over pale cream, letting each curve glow softly so the canvas brings a little of that fireside comfort to a wall.
This canvas exceeded my expectations. The lion and its reflection are beautifully captured, and the quality of the print is superb. It adds a strong, motivational vibe to my room. I get compliments on it all the time!
Thrilled with the quality, the colors and the prompt delivery. Very impressed with this beautiful artwork! Just what this space needed! Will definitely do business with this company again! My clients loved it!! Thank you!!
