Yes. Jessie's Home digital gift cards are available and make for a thoughtful gesture. They can be delivered instantly or scheduled for a future date.

How much does shipping cost?

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA—no minimum purchase required. Whether you're ordering something small or stocking up, you won’t pay a dime for standard shipping. We believe in keeping things simple and affordable, so there are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout. Just place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock items ship within 2–8 business days. For custom pieces, delivery may take 4–6 weeks. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

Will my furniture be assembled upon delivery?

White-glove delivery, including in-room placement and assembly, is available for select items. This option will be presented at checkout if applicable.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Jessie's Home account to view the status of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
