How can I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact our concierge team within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Jessie's Home digital gift cards are available and make for a thoughtful gesture. They can be delivered instantly or scheduled for a future date.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Jessie's Home account to view the status of your order.

We proudly ship across the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
How much does shipping cost?
We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA—no minimum purchase required. Whether you’re ordering a single piece or multiple items, you won’t pay a dime for standard delivery. For faster service, we also provide priority shipping at an additional cost, calculated at checkout. No hidden fees or surprise charges—just place your order and we’ll take care of the rest!
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping orders are delivered within 5–8 business days. For faster delivery, priority shipping is available with an estimated timeline of 4–6 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that during peak periods, such as sales events or high-volume seasons, shipping may take longer due to increased demand or delays from shipping providers.
We always do our best to deliver on time, and you can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email.
Will my art arrive ready to hang?
Yes! All artwork arrives ready to hang right out of the box. No assembly or extra steps are required. Simply unwrap, place, and enjoy.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship all orders with trusted carriers, primarily UPS and USPS, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer an instant exchange within 24 hours of placing your order. If you contact us within this time frame, we can update or swap your item before it ships.
After 24 hours, your order will already be in production or transit. In this case, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then request a return if you’d like to exchange your item. Please note that returned products must meet our return requirements. For full details, check our Return Policy.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale. For more information, please check our Return Policy.

We only offer our artworks in the formats available on our website. At this time, we do not provide any other formats beyond what is listed online.
Do you offer custom canvas art?
