About the Artwork
A deep Talavera bowl sits heaped with lemons, a few glossy leaves tucked between the fruit and one lemon resting on the table beside it. Tate Winslow painted the bowl's cobalt flowers and vines with care, then let the lemons glow in washes of yellow and soft orange that bloom loosely into the white paper.
Around the bowl, the splash watercolor style takes over. Pools of ochre, rust and green spread out behind the fruit and drip down toward the bottom edge, so the piece feels fresh and a little loose, like a talavera painting caught mid-afternoon. It's one of our favorite talavera prints in the Talavera and Mexican Kitchen collection.
This is lemon wall art for anyone who collects hand-painted pottery, loves a sunny kitchen, or wants mexican art prints that feel bright without being loud. The cobalt and yellow pairing works with blue and white dishes, terracotta, and the warm tones of mexican tile art.
Hang this canvas wall art over a breakfast nook, beside open shelving, or in a dining room with wood and tile. It sits well among other kitchen canvas prints, and it makes easy cafe wall art for a small coffee shop or a bakery counter.

Materials & Craft
Printed and hand-stretched in the USA, then shipped ready to hang.
Chocolate came first. I pulled fourteen-hour shifts in a Denver chocolate shop, tempering and layering until texture became second nature. In 2016 I set the tempering machine aside and picked up paintbrushes. The habits came with me. Now I lay down thick, deliberate strokes and build them up the way you build ganache.
This canvas exceeded my expectations. The lion and its reflection are beautifully captured, and the quality of the print is superb. It adds a strong, motivational vibe to my room. I get compliments on it all the time!
Thrilled with the quality, the colors and the prompt delivery. Very impressed with this beautiful artwork! Just what this space needed! Will definitely do business with this company again! My clients loved it!! Thank you!!
