About the Artwork
Brandon Keller painted one tomahawk ribeye standing tall on a thick wooden board, its frenched bone rising straight up like a handle. He built it with a palette knife in a restrained black, gray and cream palette, so the seared crust reads as rough, peppery ridges and the bone as smooth, pale slabs of paint. Behind it, gray and charcoal drips run down the wall like smoke settling in an old grill house.
This is steakhouse decor for people who take their steak seriously. It suits the home cook who dry-ages at home, the friend who always mans the grill, or a chef who wants food wall art with more grit than gloss.
The muted tones let it sit comfortably as dining room wall art without fighting your furniture, and the heavy texture gives it presence from across the room. It works just as well as rustic kitchen wall art above an open shelf or butcher block.
Hang this canvas wall art over a bar cart, in a man cave wall art grouping next to whiskey and leather, or as restaurant wall art along a booth wall where guests wait for their cut.

Materials & Craft
Printed and hand-stretched in the USA, then shipped ready to hang.
I paint in a rented corner of an old warehouse in Pittsburgh's Strip District. Welding taught me patience and how bright a hard edge looks against deep shadow. I lay oil and cold wax on thick with a knife, cut through it, drag it sideways and let it drip, so every ridge catches the light the way a fresh bead of steel does.
This canvas exceeded my expectations. The lion and its reflection are beautifully captured, and the quality of the print is superb. It adds a strong, motivational vibe to my room. I get compliments on it all the time!
Thrilled with the quality, the colors and the prompt delivery. Very impressed with this beautiful artwork! Just what this space needed! Will definitely do business with this company again! My clients loved it!! Thank you!!
