About the Artwork

Two martini glasses stand shoulder to shoulder, each holding cold, clear gin and a brass pick loaded with green olives. Everly Garrison painted the glass with crisp white highlights and thin reflected color, so the stems and bases catch every bit of the surrounding light.

Behind them, everything is in motion. Wide palette-knife strokes of cobalt blue, burnt orange, golden ochre and black cross the canvas, with cream and blue drips running down toward the tabletop. This martini painting keeps the drinks sharp and lets the background run loose, and that contrast is what makes it work as cocktail wall art.

It's made for the person who has a favorite gin, knows exactly how many olives belong on the pick, and likes their martini wall art with some energy in it. It also makes a good gift for a couple who always order the same drink.

Hang this canvas wall art above a bar cart, in a basement lounge, or as home bar wall art next to the shaker and glassware. The bold colors also hold their own in a dining nook, and it fits right in as restaurant wall art in a cocktail bar or bistro.
