About the Artwork
One big lemon, two dark green leaves, and a lot of paint. Marco Bellandi built this lemon painting with a palette knife, pressing thick flakes of yellow and tangerine into the fruit until it looks ripe enough to pick. The leaves are laid in with deep green and inky blue, each one catching a streak of light like it was just rained on.
Behind it, the ground is loose and lively: swipes of lime, patches of sky blue, and a warm wash of orange pooling at the bottom. Up top, the word 'Limone' is lettered in dark script, a small nod to the Ligurian groves that inspired the whole collection.
It's a piece for anyone who cooks with the windows open, keeps a bowl of citrus on the counter, or still daydreams about a summer on the Italian coast. The texture reads beautifully up close, and the color carries across a room.
Hang this canvas wall art in a kitchen, over a breakfast nook, or beside a dining table that needs a bit of sunshine. It pairs easily with white cabinets, natural wood, and terracotta pots.

Materials & Craft
Printed and hand-stretched in the USA, then shipped ready to hang.
I spent fifteen winters scraping and varnishing wooden boats in the yards of Camogli, and learned how a blade spreads a thick coat and catches the light. Today the knife does the painting: the stacked houses of the Cinque Terre, harbours at sunset, a lemon or a tray of sardines, laid on in heavy ridges you can almost touch.
This canvas exceeded my expectations. The lion and its reflection are beautifully captured, and the quality of the print is superb. It adds a strong, motivational vibe to my room. I get compliments on it all the time!
Thrilled with the quality, the colors and the prompt delivery. Very impressed with this beautiful artwork! Just what this space needed! Will definitely do business with this company again! My clients loved it!! Thank you!!
