Christmas Wall Art Above Fireplace with Island Fir - Canvas Wall Art

One fir stands alone on a tiny island of snow, a handful of warm amber lights tucked into its plum-dark boughs. Around it, the lake is half frozen. Pale ice plates break apart into open teal water, and the tree's silhouette and lights drop straight down in a clean reflection. Behind it, a peach and cream sunset glows over a low line of distant hills.

Autumn Carlisle built this scene with a palette knife, laying the paint on thick so every stroke catches the light. The sky reads like stacked slabs of color, the ice has raised ridged edges, and each little light is a single round dab of golden ochre. It's contemporary Christmas art that still feels quiet and calm, with a soft, almost neutral palette instead of the usual red and green.

This piece suits anyone who loves winter wall decor that can stay up past the holidays. It's for the person who wants a nod to the season without tinsel overload, and for fans of winter landscape wall art with real texture you can see from across the room.

The wide format makes it natural christmas wall art above fireplace mantels, where the sunset tones pick up the warmth of a fire. It also works as modern Christmas wall art for a living room sofa wall or an entryway. Choose a bigger size if you want large christmas canvas wall art that holds its own over furniture.
