About the Artwork
Corey Lindahl gives most of this canvas to the sky. Wide, loose strokes of powder blue and cream drift across it, with a few patches of blush pink catching early light. You can see the knife and brush marks where the paint sits thick, and the bands blur into each other like breath on glass.
Down low, the sea stays calm. One small teal swell rolls toward the shore and breaks into a soft line of white foam before the wet sand. It is the only crisp moment in the painting, and it gives the eye a place to rest. This is pastel abstract wall art that still reads as a real morning at the beach.
It suits anyone who wants color without noise: people who like the coast, quiet palettes, or zen wall art that slows a room down. The blues make it an easy pick if you have been looking for blue abstract wall art that feels soft rather than bold.
The tall format works well as wall art for bedroom spaces above a headboard, or as wall art for living room walls beside a window or over a light sofa. As modern canvas wall art, it pairs with white oak, linen, and pale stone without competing for attention.

Materials & Craft
Printed and hand-stretched in the USA, then shipped ready to hang.
I paint in a small garage studio in Santa Cruz, usually after an early morning on the water. Teaching surf lessons taught me how a horizon disappears in marine fog and how patient you have to be with the ocean. I work in loose, wide strokes of oil and a palette knife, leaving bare canvas to breathe between misty bands of dusty blue and blush.
This canvas exceeded my expectations. The lion and its reflection are beautifully captured, and the quality of the print is superb. It adds a strong, motivational vibe to my room. I get compliments on it all the time!
Thrilled with the quality, the colors and the prompt delivery. Very impressed with this beautiful artwork! Just what this space needed! Will definitely do business with this company again! My clients loved it!! Thank you!!
