Overflowing Striped Popcorn Box Under Marquee Lights - Canvas Wall Art

This popcorn box painting smells like opening night. Reid Ashford built up a tall red and cream striped box with thick palette knife strokes, then piled it high with buttery popcorn, a few kernels tumbling down the side and landing at its base. The word Popcorn is hand-brushed in marquee red across a cream band, just like the old concession stand boxes.

Behind it, a soft arc of golden marquee bulbs glows against a sweep of navy and slate blue. Every surface carries ridged, sculpted paint you can almost feel, so the popcorn looks puffed and the stripes catch the light. It's popcorn wall art with real texture, and a warm bit of nostalgic wall art for anyone who grew up at the movies.

Made for film lovers, families who never skip a Friday screening, and anyone who has a soft spot for americana wall art and old-school picture palaces. It also makes an easy gift for the friend who always handles the snacks.

Hang this canvas wall art in a media room as cheerful home theater decor, over a bar cart near the couch, or in a game room wall art grouping with vintage posters. It sits right at home as cinema room wall art, movie room wall decor, or movie night wall decor in a cozy den, and brings that classic movie theater wall art feeling to any wall that needs a little marquee glow. The canvas wall art works well as home theater wall art wherever the lights go down.
