About the Artwork

A narrow road winds through fields of pink, blue and yellow wildflowers, high above a long Sardinian bay. A small blue car rolls toward the water, a lone cyclist just ahead of it, and the sea below breaks white against dark rocks. Hills fade into a hazy green distance under a pale teal sky and a few warm clouds.

Francesca Neri painted this ocean painting in her soft contemporary impressionist style for our Quiet Italy collection.
