Funny Cat Bathroom Wall Art Peeking Over the Tub - Canvas Wall Art

Someone has claimed the bathtub, and he isn't sorry about it. Abby Sutton painted this ginger tabby tucked down inside an empty blue tub, with only his tall ears, round green eyes and two striped front paws hooked over the rim. The fur is built from quick, layered strokes of orange, mustard and cream, with little flicks of blue tucked into the chin and long white whiskers pulled straight across.

The background splits on a slant between bubblegum pink and hot orange, and every edge is traced in a loose black outline. It reads like contemporary pop art, but the brushwork keeps it soft and hand-made. This is funny cat bathroom wall art that feels like a real moment: that wide-eyed look a cat gives you right before he decides whether to stay put.

It's made for cat people, for anyone who has found a cat in the tub at least once, and for those who like quirky bathroom wall art that still holds together as a painting. It's part of our Bathroom Animals collection, a series of animals in bathtub wall art, and it pairs well with other bathroom art prints from the set.

Printed as canvas wall art, it brings strong color to a powder room, a half bath or a kids' bathroom, and the vertical shape suits a narrow wall beside the mirror or above the towel bar. It works as small bathroom wall art in a tight space or as a cheerful accent in a modern bathroom.
