Christmas Angel Wall Art Over a Snowy Village - Canvas Wall Art

A soft burst of gold light opens over a sleeping village, and inside it you can just make out two wide wings and a slender upright form. There is no face and no fine detail, only thick, brushed strokes of cream and gold fanning out against a dusky blue sky. Below, a handful of small houses sit under deep snow, their windows glowing warm amber.

Anouk Delmas paints in a soft contemporary impressionist style, building the scene from short, loose dabs of paint that read like falling snow up close and settle into light from across the room. This christmas angel wall art feels like a quiet silent night painting, the moment on Christmas Eve when the whole village is asleep and something holy passes overhead.

It's made for families who want their holiday decor to point back to the meaning of the season, and for anyone who collects Christmas paintings on canvas with a gentle, reverent mood. It also makes a thoughtful gift for a parent, grandparent, or church friend who loves the old carols.

Hang this canvas wall art above the mantel, over a sofa, or in an entryway where guests come in from the cold. As Christmas wall art for living room spaces, it pairs well with evergreen garland, candlelight, and warm wood tones, and the blue and gold palette sits easily alongside a traditional tree.
