“I work in a small sunroom on the north side of my Fargo house, where winter light stays pale and even all day. Photographing seed catalogs taught me how petals dry, fade and curl, and how much feeling sits in a muted color. My boho paintings mix soft blush and mustard blooms with loose painted borders, keeping the brushwork airy so the canvas never feels crowded.”
