About Camille

Camille Forrest taught middle school music in Boston for eight years, then moved to Vermont and found painting through a community art class. The former music teacher holds a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and works in Burlington, Vermont. The geometric patterns trace back to childhood piano lessons and the structure of written music.

The style is abstract and geometric, but the subjects are real places. Bluebonnets roll across the Texas Hill Country near Austin, snowy peaks rise above Vail, and saguaros catch a Scottsdale sunset. Warm beige and orange sit against steady blues. Scroll down for Forrest’s best sellers, printed on matte canvas and stretched over solid wood.
