“I work on a rooftop studio in San Miguel de Allende, surrounded by plaster walls in every shade of earth. The tortilleria taught me rhythm, warmth and how a simple gesture repeated by hand becomes something alive. I press terracotta and chile-dust ochre onto a warm whitewash, keeping the edges soft so the shapes breathe like sunlit walls.”
