Lucia Ferrer
“My studio sits a few blocks above the bay in Monterey, California, where the marine layer rarely lifts before noon. Working as a pharmacy technician taught me patience and precise measuring, and I still mix my blues by careful ratio. I build hazy fields of Pacific blue and cream in soft, overlapping veils, then add one small breath of coral to warm the whole surface.”
